Medway Development Company celebrates success at the 2025 Build to Rent Awards

Medway Development Company (MDC) is proud to announce its success at this year’s prestigious Build to Rent Awards, hosted by Love to Rent. Following an impressive shortlist in three categories, including ‘Social Value Impact in BTR’ for the company’s regeneration work at Chatham Waterfront, and two nominations in the ‘Build to Rent Partnership’ category alongside LRG and Base Furnishings Ltd. MDC was awarded Highly Commended in both the ‘Build to Rent Partnership’ and ‘Social Value Impact in BTR’ categories.

These awards recognise organisations and partnerships that exemplify excellence, innovation and positive community impact within the rapidly growing Build to Rent (BTR) sector.

MDC’s recognition for Social Value Impact celebrates the transformative regeneration of Chatham Waterfront. A landmark project that has revitalised the area, creating high-quality homes and vibrant spaces that contribute to the local community’s wellbeing and economic growth.
