The changing tides of Chatham: The New Tide marks the town’s next chapter

Chatham is entering an exciting new chapter, with continued investment transforming the town centre, waterfront and public spaces into a more attractive, better-connected place to live, work and visit.

Over the past six years, Chatham and the wider Medway area have benefitted from significant regeneration. The latest milestone in this transformation is The New Tide, a collection of contemporary one- and two-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments being developed by Medway Development Company (MDC), bringing a landmark building back into active use in the heart of Chatham town centre.
