As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Lettings, Sales & Marketing to join our Senior Management Team.

This is a key leadership role with real influence, responsibility and progression potential, including a clear pathway to Director level as the organisation expands.

About the role

With 700 new homes planned over the next five years, and a strong pipeline beyond that, you’ll lead and shape our full sales and marketing function across:

• Private sale
• Private Rented Sector (PRS)
• Shared ownership
• Resales
• Staircasing

You’ll play a strategic role in pricing, performance and scheme viability while ensuring our homes are positioned effectively in the market.

Working at senior level, you’ll contribute directly to business strategy, drive commercial success and help strengthen our brand presence across the region.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Commercially minded and performance driven
• Experienced in sales, lettings and property marketing
• Confident leading strategy and managing stakeholder
• Motivated by working on impactful regeneration projects
