Medway Development Company is delighted to announce the appointment of Mike Finch, who joined the business at the beginning of 2026, following a highly successful period at Hyde.

Mike leaves an impressive legacy, having led the delivery of many new homes across the South of England. His experience includes senior leadership on the Rochester Riverside Joint Venture, alongside numerous affordable and private homes for both rent and sale, delivered across a wide range of sites.

With a proven track record spanning large-scale regeneration schemes and smaller, complex developments, Mike brings deep technical expertise, commercial insight, and a strong network of industry contacts.

We are excited to draw on Mike’s experience and relationships as we continue to work closely with partners and funders to regenerate the Medway Towns and deliver the high-quality homes the area so urgently needs.
