Medway Development Company have now closed the consultation process on proposals for the development of the former Civic Centre site (situated near Rochester Bridge). It will see plans come forward for 185 new homes, comprising a mixture of apartments and houses, together with a new café, live/work unit and new areas of public open space including a play area.
